Keynote:
"The Future Role of DFO's Community Involvement Program in Salmon Enhancement"

Guest speaker, Dale Desrochers, is Section Head of the Salmonid Enhancement Program’s South Coast Community Involvement SEP & Resource Restoration Unit.  Dale’s position with DFO requires him to oversee all aspects of ‘community based’ salmon enhancement and habitat restoration on Vancouver Island.

The presentation will speak to the past thirty years of Community Involvement in Salmon Enhancement, and provide an opportunity to discuss how our community can ensure local salmon populations remain viable into the future.

We encourage everyone interested in protecting the health of our watersheds to attend the AGM and hear Dale's presentation.
